Workshop Brief:
Three out of five trainers who contact me for the IDST course have only heard of instructional design as an external, even exotic discipline. The other two know about the ADDIE model and have some idea of Bloom's Taxonomy and believe that the only reason they must take a course is to structure their understanding. To add the right perspective to this, I should mention that the mean experience of those who join the IDST course is about 7-8 years.
If my previous statements didn't surprise you, you probably are among those who don't know what they are missing out on. If they did, this workshop isn't for you. Then you must register for the free IDP workshop when that happens.
This workshop is for trainers and teachers who want to:
- power-up their training programs and lectures to
- empower their audience and students, by
- releasing the spells of instructional design on their content and content delivery.
As the face of learning changes (and we know that it is changing at a breakneck speed,) we must prepare ourselves for a thrilling ride that would in all certainty turn into a cryosleep if we ignore instructional design.
Let us meet to discuss the actual impact that instructional design has on training design and delivery, and how it in turn impacts your career growth in the area of learning.
