Corporate Workshop in Instructional Design for eLearning Development (IDeL)

IDeL is a 3-Day Workshop by Creative Agni® designed to ensure that your content developers and instructional designers become confident of designing and developing any kind of the eLearning content for any audience-group.

Goal of the IDeL Workshop:

At the end of the IDeL program, the participants become capable of establishing the audience profile, writing learning objectives, using instructional design to design eLearning content for maximum impact, and creating clear, specific, and directional storyboards in the right format, while also learning to design templates and formats for eLearning Development.

IDeL Program Brief:

The Instructional Design for eLearning Development program is conducted in 24 contact hours with classes being conducted on three consecutive days. The program is a blend of lectures, interactive discussions, quizzes, role-plays, learning activities and work assignments focused toward designing content for eLearning and storyboarding the same. The participants build and apply their instructional design and training design skills through continuous feedback and guidance provided by the consultant. This workshop makes its participants confident of scoping and chunking content, writing clear and strong objectives, designing content for their online audience, and storyboarding it clearly and logically.

This training program comprises illustrative lectures, group-discussions, role-plays, quizzes, and other learning activities steered and overseen by the mentor, to ensure that every participant gains the competency of creating instructionally effective eLearning content. The participants receive continuous guidance and constructive feedback from the mentor throughout the training program.

The Audience for the IDeL Workshop:

This training is for content-developers, content-writers, instructional designers, trainers entrusted with eLearning content development (through a rapid elearning development tool) – fresh or with experience, required to design and develop instructionally effective content. This program combs out the insecurities of the learners by empowering them with the ability to use instructional design to perfect their content creation process.
