About the Online Implementation of the IDML Program
The online sessions of the IDML course are conducted exactly as the
contact sessions, except that the Sunday classes are organized in the form of
Zoom meetings (3.5 hours every Sunday for eight Sundays.) The assignments,
project administration, class-activities, online discussions are conducted in
the same manner as in all our contact programs/courses. This program requires the
same dedication from its participants that is expected from the participants
of our contact programs/courses.

to work hard for two months

your time on a weekly basis.

The IDML Online
Program Methodology:
This program is designed and will be delivered using a constructivist methodology and will require continual participation from the learners.
The program will require that you:
- attend all the Sunday Zoom classroom sessions.
- participate in the weekly online discussions
- complete your assignments on time
- take the quiz, complete your micro-project, and engage in all other activities (group-activities, practice-activities, assessments) as required and complete them on time.
Training Program
Duration:
4 Weeks – 8
Sessions of 1.5 hours each delivered through Zoom on every Saturday Evening. Total length of the session: about 3 hours and 15-30 minutes with a ten-minute break in the middle.
(Please Note: The course shall be conducted online and you can take it from anywhere in the world.)

IDML Online First Rollout -
Participants' Views
With a feeling of great joy, happiness, and excitement I am writing to tell you that the IDML program in which we had the Sunday classes online, was an absolutely interactive learning experience.
Even though the Sunday sessions were conducted on Zoom, it did not feel different from the classroom sessions, because the class participants were given equal attention at all point of time. The virtual training mode features helped us to gain knowledge, and also kept us engaged with the content.
The class activities, assignments, and discussion forums were spread throughout the three works in a manner that fostered learning and enhanced retention of the course. The assignments that were given out to be completed during the week helped us practice with the acquired knowledge and made us move a step forward towards gaining proficiency.
Even though the pandemic has paused Creative Agni’s contact training sessions, the Zoom sessions were as effective, interactive, humorous, and made for a great learning experience.

It was again a great learning experience with Shafali in the IDML online program after taking the IDCD contact course. Micro-learning is going to play an important part in the future of Learning, considering the three major constraints of today's era i.e. time, screen, and audience. I feel that the IDML online program is one such development in the field of instructional design that will help instructional designers overcome all the three constraints by allowing their content to be effective despite the constraints.
Add to this there can be nothing better than learning this from Shafali who is an expert in Instructional Design. During the COVID lockdown I did attend umpteen webinars but none of the sessions were at par with what Shafali conducted via Zoom. Not even for a single minute during 4 hours of the Sunday sessions I felt disconnected or non-participative. The virtual Zoom sessions were as engaging as Shafali’s physical classroom sessions.
Finally, what makes this course even more appealing is Shafali's foresightedness in bringing this course that is so relevant to the future. I would highly recommend this certification for the aspiring ID learners. I should add that if you really wish to taste super interactive Zoom sessions, this one is for you.

Learning from Shafali has always been a great experience for me. That's why when she offered IDML course, I didn't waste a moment and instantly booked my place. In the Sunday Zoom sessions she was as good as ever. If I compare IDML online course with the IDCD Contact course, the RL group activities are now done through the huddles and I really missed the candies.
