The discussion on the possible fallouts of AI is heating up, and whether or not we like (or agree) with it, we will be affected by these fallouts. It could be due to its effects on:

  • employment (both quantitative and qualitative),
  • our cognitive abilities (memory, intelligence, and creativity), or even
  • our existence as the human race (the existential threat that AI might pose as it begins to self-learn).

At this time, we would do well to listen to the voices that matter. I will continue to add more names to this list as I read and/or listen to their views.
