The IDCDT Online certificate course is designed to help you master instructional design for creating great courses and training programs. This is an intenstive online course that is designed to build your competence over eight weeks. The course is conducted for small groups ensuring that each of the participants gets individual attention from the mentor, without sacrificing the adult learning need of sharing knowledge and growing through it. For ensuring learning through sharing, our online courses keep the participants and the mentor connected during the week, through the weekly online discussions.

The IDCDT Online course builds your skills through a contiuous cycle of learn-practice-receive feedback, which is implemented through its various activities (the Sunday classroom sessions with Shafali R. Anand,) online submission of the concept and project assignments, the weekly online discussions, online-class-quizzes, online test, presentations, and other individual and group activities. Through this online course, you will master the fine craft of creating the macro-design document, micro-design document, and you'll become proficient in storyboarding for eLearning.
