Sloth and Froth - A Comic Strip about Instructional Design and Training. In this strip, Sloth reflects upon a Train the Trainer program that he conducted and wonders why Bloom's Taxonomy and Knowles' Andragogy didn't work.

Moral of this Debacle:

Effective trainings and courses are the outcome of a judicious use of Instructional Design principles. The ID Principles need to work in tandem with common sense, only then will we be able to awe our audience.
