ID/Training Terminology Used in the Comic Strip:

  • TTT Program: Train-the-Trainer Program
  • WIIFM: An acronym for “What is in it for me?” First made popular by Robert (Bob) Pike, the training guru, this acronym refers to the “immediate need/application-orientation principles of Andragogy.
  • Diverse Audience: An audience group or a target population that isn’t homogeneous. Try to recall Shiv Khera’s open sessions on motivation, where anyone could walk in.
